2. How can I place an order online?
To place an order, simply use our PR Rakyat app. Here’s how:
- Download and install the PR Rakyat app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Browse through our product categories.
- Add your desired items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping details or choose to pick up your order at any of our outlets.
- Review your order and complete your purchase.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with your order details.
3. Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we offer in-store pickup at any of our 11 outlets across Malaysia. Simply select “In-store Pickup” as your delivery option at checkout, and you can collect your order from your chosen outlet.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status directly within the PR Rakyat app. The tracking number will be updated in the app, allowing you to check the progress of your delivery in real-time.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Our company policy does not allow returns. However, we offer exchanges for products within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition (unused and unopened). To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
