Product Availability and Price
- How do I know if the product is available?
- Available product will show as ‘AVAILABLE’. Product indicating ‘Available for order from supplier’ or ‘Out of stock’ are not available in store and availability needs to be checked with our suppliers for orders.
- I need an available book urgently. Can I buy it directly from your Online store?
- Our web is an order processing centre for Web store Orders. It does not hold any stocks and therefore does not handle walk-in purchases. However you may contact our customer service to inform about your urgency and we will assist you directly.
- Is Online Price same as the products selling in your store?
- No. Retail store price and Online prices are not the same.
- How can I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order by accessing Order History after login to your Web store account.
- Can I amend my Web store order?
- We regret that amendments to a submitted order cannot be made. Please email us or contact our customer service for further assistance.
- Why is my order cancelled?
- Orders may be cancelled due to suppliers out of stock, book out of print, or credit card transaction rejection. You would have received an email from us stating the reason for cancellation. Please email us or contact our customer service with your Order No. if you have not received our email.
- Why was my transaction declined?
- You may find that the status of your order is still not paid because your payment is declined. Please contact your credit card issuing bank for more information about the decline.
- How can I pay for my orders?
- Credit Card: We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and Union Pay.
- Debit Card: Please ensure that there are sufficient amount.
- Malaysian Online Banking: We have FPX and Hong Leong Connect Scan & Pay services
- eWallet: We currently accept Boost and Grab Pay.
