- Please choose Shipping address at the outlet that you wish to collect from. Eg: If you wish to collect from Ampang branch, kindly select ‘ AMPANG BRANCH’ at the Shipping address.
- You will receive an email from us once our system acknowledge your order, but take note that your order is not ready for collection immediately after receiving the email.
- Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a WhatsApp message. Then, come to the store chosen.
Return and Refund Policy
- In what circumstances can I request for a return or exchange of my ordered products?
- We will only accept return or exchange when your received item has the following defects:
- Missing Pages
- Printing Error
- Damaged item(s) upon receipt
- In what circumstances are my items cannot be returned or exchanged?
- We will not accept any return of items which are under promotion category and clearance stock. Besides, no returns are acceptable if you order the items wrongly or you have changed your mind.
- You cannot request for an exchange after 3 days of the received date.
- How and when can I exchange a product?
- If your parcel is damaged upon received, please email us with a picture as a proof of the damaged parcel within 3 days. We will deliver a new parcel to you without any charges. In case the product is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar product or process for the refund.
- If the product inside the parcel is damaged, please notify us within 3 days upon receiving the items, and attach the damaged product, receipt or tax invoice along with order number. Our staff will perform the necessary verification and arrangements for the refund / return / exchange.
- When I visit any PUSTAKA RAKYAT outlets and am told that the same book/item is available, can I just make the exchange there?
- Sorry, due to our physical stores and web store having separate inventory systems, items ordered online cannot be exchanged with physical store items.
- Under what circumstances can I request for a refund?
- Refunds can only be made when you have a valid reason or the items that you order is unavailable due to out of stock or discontinued. You will receive e-mail regarding the refund once these circumstances happened.
- How do I redeem a Promo Code?
- You can get a Promo Code during certain events such as from our social media campaign or our outlets.
- How do I use a Promo Code?
- You can apply your Promo Code at the ‘CHECKOUT’ section.
- How many Promo Code can I use in one order?
- Only one Promo Code can be used per order.
- How long and how many times can I use a Promo Code?
- Each Promo Code can be used one time unless stated.
- Each Promo Code has its expiry date. An expired Promo Code is invalid in all orders.
- PUSTAKA RAKYAT reserves all the right to change these terms and conditions or cancel any promotions at any time without prior notice.
- My Promo Code is not expired but cannot be used. Why?
- This might happen if your order cart contains items that is under promotional items or nett category. You will need to purchase these items separately in order to use your Promo Code.
- Can I exchange Promo Code for cash?
- No. Promo Codes are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash
